I have a dairy allergy, can I eat your ice cream?

Good news! We offer a variety of dairy-free, vegan products. The majority of our dairy-free products are made with coconut milk and are safe for all people. If your allergy is severe, we encourage you to request a brand new pan and freshly-cleaned scoop from one of our team members. We do our non-dairy production on a separate day from our dairy and are careful to thoroughly wash and sanitize all of our equipment.

Peanuts?

We never have peanut ice cream in our dipping cabinet, and we do not offer peanuts of any form as a topping. However, we do use other nuts in our ice cream production and cannot guarantee those nuts have not come into contact with peanuts at their source. We occasionally have pre-packaged peanut butter ice cream sandwiches available, but we never produce other ice creams at the same time we make these sandwiches.

Gluten?

Our ice cream base is gluten-free which means many of our flavors are gluten-free. All ice creams that are gluten-free are marked with a visible GF on our menu.

Soy?

All ice creams that contain soy as an ingredient are clearly labeled. We never use soy as a base for our dairy free ice creams.

Tree Nuts?

We always have pecans and coconut on our menu. Feel free to request a new pan and a freshly washed scoop if you are worried about cross-contamination. Any ice cream that has a nut is produced on a separate day and we thoroughly wash and sanitize our equipment both before and after production.

Eggs?

We make what is called Philadelphia Style ice cream. Which means no eggs are in our base. We occasionally have a flavor that has eggs in an ingredient but we clearly label those flavors on menu. Generally all of our ice cream is safe for people with egg allergies. If we have an ice cream with eggs during your visit please ask one of our team members for a fresh pan and clean scoop.

We make it a priority to clearly label all major allergens on our menu. If you have a severe allergy please speak with one of our team members so we can use a fresh pan and clean scoop. We take allergies very seriously and engage in constant, ongoing training with our team to ensure everyone can safely enjoy our ice cream.
